The project
It is a fundamental flaw of current search engine design that a person's grasp of language and ability to use a computer has a real and direct effect on the quality of the information they receive. This stops now, with us.

The Vision
To add the next dimension to Internet Search - Knowledge.
To create the ultimate trustworthy and user friendly Internet information resource. One that is built from knowledge, not just records of words.
To combine a simple user friendly web page with the immense power of a thinking reasoning search engine algorithm.
To design this algorithm to be so powerful and intelligent the user simply has to choose, not find.
To allow the user to get what they want even if they do not know exactly what they are looking for.
And to design all this in such a way that it unlocks the full potential of the information on the web for each and every user, however they search. To take the "uncertainty of finding" out of search.
In essence to attempt to deliver the "Perfect Search". Those two words themselves an anagram of Refract Speech, the company name and the process the search engine uses to gain its knowledge.
